Good Health O-Mega 3 Bursts

Posted on 25th Nov 2009 @ 10:33 AM

Massey University and natural health product manufacturers, Good Health have undertaken a pilot study to investigate their new product O-Mega 3 Bursts. The study has monitored the effectiveness of Omega 3 fish oil on children's learning.

More than 200 school children have taken part in the study, which is being commissioned by Good Health Products and researched by principal investigator Kerry Lee. The study has gained full university ethics approval with the children's parents having signed consent forms for participation in the 15 week study. This study was recently featured on TVNZ's Close Up who will document the final results. If the pilot trial is successful then a full blown trial may bring international recognition to New Zealand and Good Health.

Results of the trial have been closely monitored by educational and nutrition specialists. Kerry Lee, a senior lecturer in technology education at the University of Auckland, says she chose to be involved in the trial because she is confident it will prove that changing a child's diet can assist their learning development.

Initial observations have shown a definite improvement in writing and general mental focus which is in line with expectations. You don't have to wait for the official trial to be completed. Good Health O-Mega 3 Bursts are available now.
