Asonor Nasal Spray Directions: Please read the instructions with the pack before using Asonor. Before bedtime pump Asonor liquid solution into both nostrils with the head tilted backwards, until the solution is felt in the back of the throat. Usually 3-4 pumps of asonor for each nostril are sufficient for this purpose. For best results avoid eating or drinking after the application as this will wash away the solution from the throat.
