Claratyne Tablets contain 10mg of loratadine, an antihistamine which helps to stop sneezing, nasal discharge and itching as well as itching/burning of the eyes and hives/allergic skin conditions

Claratyne Tablets can be taken to treat the symptoms of both perennial and seasonal rhinitis (also known as hayfever). Loratadine helps to reduce allergy symptoms by preventing the effects of the substance histamine, which is produced by the body in response to substances it is allergic to. Some symptoms of hayfever include:

• Sneezing
• Runny nose (clear, thin discharge)
• Congested/Stuffy nose
• Postnasal drip
• Itching of:
  • Nose
  • Eyes
  • Skin
  • Soft Palate
  • Throat
  • Ear Canal
• Watery, puffy, bloodshot eyes

Claratyne Tablets Dosage:

• Adults: Take ONE tablet ONCE DAILY.
• Children 2 - 12 years of age OVER 30kg: Take ONE tablet DAILY.
• Children 2 - 12 years of age UNDER 30kg: Take HALF a tablet (5mg) DAILY.

Claratyne Tablets Ingredients: Each tablet contains:

• Loratadine - 10mg
• Maize Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Lactose

Claratyne Tablets Precautions: Keep Claratyne Tablets out of reach of children. Do NOT take Claratyne Tablets if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do NOT exceed the recommended dose. Do NOT take Claratyne if pregnant or breast feeding. Seek medical advice BEFORE use if you suffer from liver disease.
