Apo-Ipravent Nasal Spray - Discontinued

Apo-Ipravent Nasal Spray treats the nasal symptoms of allergies and the common cold.

Apo-Ipravent Nasal Spray which contains the same active ingredient as Atrovent relieves the symptoms of a persistent runny nose.

Apo-Ipravent works to stop a runny nose by stopping the glands from producing excessive nasal secretions. It works to dry up the nose for both allergies and for a common cold.

Apo-Ipravent Directions:

For Allergies: Adults: Use TWO sprays into each nostril TWO or THREE times a day at regular intervals. Children: Use TWO sprays into each nostril TWO times a day.
For Common Cold: Adults: Initial dose: TWO sprays into each nostril followed by another TWO sprays into each nostril after FIVE minutes. Subsequent doses: TWO sprays into each nostril TWO or THREE times a day at regular intervals.

Apo-Ipravent Ingredients: Each spray contains:

Ipratropium bromide - 21mcg
Benzalkonium chloride, edetate disodium, hydrochloric acid, purified water, sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide

Apo-Ipravent Precautions: Keep Apo-Ipravent out of reach of children. Do NOT use Apo-Ipravent if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do NOT exceed the recommended dose.

Seek medical advice BEFORE using Apo-Ipravent if you:

Are pregnant, might become pregnant, or are breast feeding
Have difficulty/trouble urinating
Have problems with your prostate
Have any eye problems (such as a predisposition to glaucoma)
Have any other medical problems
Are on any other medication (including eye drops)

Seek medical attention DURING use of Apo-Ipravent if you experience:

Very dry nose
Nasal irritation
Dry mouth
Nose bleeds
Blurred vision or pain in the eyes
Increased wheezing or tightness in the chest
Fast or irregular heart beat
Swelling of the tongue or lips
Difficult or painful urination
Difficulty in swallowing
Skin rash
