Puria Brain and Vision Support Capsules contain DHA, Lutein, Vitamins E, A and D and New Zealand Avacado Oil. DHA (docosohexaemoic acid) is available as the triglyceride form in highly refined fish oil from a European GMP-approved facility. DHA and EPA (eicosapantaenoic acid) are essential Omega 3 fatty acids that cannot be produced by the body. Both DHA and EPA contribute to cardiovascular health, and DHA plays an important role in the nervous system and retina of the eye. Each capsule contains 300mg of DHA and 90mg of EPA.
Lutein is the major component of the retina of the eye, and is important for vision. Lutein is naturally sourced from marigold flower petals. Vitamin D contributes to normal growth and development in children, is necessary for normal bone structure, maintenace of normal teeth and the immune system. Vitamin A is necessary for healthy vision.
Prior to getting pregnant, and throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding it is important that your body receives adequate nutrition to fully support your own needs and that of your child. Directions: As a health supplement, take 1 capsule orally daily or as directed.
