ThymeMed Central Otago - Thyme has been used for respiratory health care for centuries and continues to be widely used today. Directions: Spray into your mouth. For immediate support, take every two hours. Do not exceed 12 doses per day. As a preventative, take 1 dose twice daily. I first used this product travelling back to the UK from New Zealand at the end of February.... I think it prevented me from catching any virus’s on the long journey homezz and now with the pandemic in the UK I am continuing to use it regularly..... I suffer from sore throats with stress and it seems to stop it developing further and needing medication!
