Good solution for menopause hot flush
Ever since I took Go MenoFree, I can sleep better because I don't wake up frequently due to my hot flushes. It also reduces significantly my hot flushes during the day.

Changed my life!
Before starting this supplement I was having hot flushes every half hour, 24/7. I was losing sleep and barely coping. 2 weeks after I started taking them, I have barely any hot flushes and they are more a subtle heat than a full on flush. I cannot recommend this product enough, it really has changed my life. I have come off them a couple of times when I have run out, and the flushes start again within a few days!
