Directions: Shake the bottle vigorously before taking a dose. The recommended dosage is 10-20mls for adults taken 3 to 4 times per day. Swill the tonic in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing. Great Stuff
This is really good and seems to do the job... my grandfather suffers from a condition called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, his body produces an excessive amount of mucus and he can't expel the mucus from his body on his own. He used to get multiple chest infections which would end up hospitalizing him. Since we have been giving him this product twice a day his breathing has improved, he is now able to eat and drink without choking as the mucus in his lungs has thinned out and is easier to expel, he is able to talk as the mucus covering his voice box has thinned out and shifted to the point where he is able to cough it up.
