Inner health IBS control
I was doubtful when first trying this product but ready to give anything a go to try and stop the painful bloating that was happening all the time despite following a FODMAP diet for symptom management. This product really works !! I noticed a benefit after 2 weeks and continued for 8 weeks, then was able to wean down to nothing. No bloating ! No cramping ! No wind ! I highly recommend giving this product a try.
