Directions: Adults: Take 5g daily (one rounded teaspoon). Children 6-12 years: Take 2.5g daily (one level teaspoon). Mix well with cold water or juice. Best taken on an empty stomach. If symptoms persist and for children under 6 years, see your healthcare professional.
