Nature's Sunshine Protein Digestive Aid is designed to help individuals break down and better digest proteins by supplementing the body's own digestive secretions with hydrochloric acid with betaine hydrochloride, which supplies diluted hydrochloric acid. It also adds pepsin, a natural protein digesting enzyme, making it a complete protein digestive aid. Special cells in the stomach lining require vitamin B-complex and other nutrients to manufacture hydrochloric acid to break down proteins during the digestive process. As the human body ages, its ability to produce hydrochloric acid decreases.
Nature's Sunshine Protein Digestive Aid:
