I tryed various tumeric and curcumin products for18mths for Neck pain due to Arthritis and it wasn't till I started taking solgar Full spectrum Curumin 6mths ago that I got relief . I am in my seventies before I started taking the Curcumin I was taking 6 paracetamol tablets and 20gr of Nortriptholine a day and still had pain I had cut the knight shade vegetables plus gluten out of my diet also still had pain but once I started the Solgar curcumin along with my diet plus 2 flaxseed gels I am pain free I do still have some stiffness in my neck but no pain . It's an amazing product.
