Weleda Refining Toner has a mildly astringent and refining effect on the pores, thanks to plant extracts from wild rose leaves and witch hazel. After toning, the skin feels refreshed and balanced and is now easily able to absorb and benefit from subsequent skin care products.
Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana): Commonly referred to as Witch Hazel, the leaves and twigs of this plant are used to make this prized extract. Witch Hazel is high in tannins and known for its astringent, anti-inflammatory and strengthening properties.
Weleda strives to source only the finest ingredients from biodynamic, organic and wild crafted suppliers, where techinques such as crop rotation, green manure compost and biological pest control are used. Directions: Place a few drops on a cotton wool pad and gently wipe across the face, neck and decolletage, morning and evening after cleansing. Avoid the eye area. Do not rinse off.
