Breathe Right Nasal Strips Directions:

To Apply: Wash and Dry your nose. Remove liner and position the strip across the middle of the nose. Apply it over the bridge of the nose and down over the sides of the nose so that it sits on the soft areas just above each nostril flair. Gently rub for 5-10 seconds to secure it.

To Remove: Wash face with water and fully saturate the strip. Slowly loosen and lift the tabs at the ends. Gently lift straight off to fully remove from the bridge of the nose.

Tips:

• If the strip is too HIGH, then it is on the bone of the nose and won't be effective.
• If the strip is too LOW, then it is too far away from the area that needs to open.
• Oily Skin - Use an astringent to clean your nose before applying the strip.
• Dry Skin - Rub in a little skin moisturiser after removing the strip.
• Sensitive Skin - Use a dot of lotion under the center of the strip along the bridge of the nose before applying.
