Our WORLDWIDE SHIPPING offer uses NZ Post which is an UNTRACKED, International Air Mail Service that we have found to be very reliable for delivering to our overseas customers.

We do also offer a part-subsidised DHL Express service for parcels that you need in a hurry, or that you need fully tracked.

In New Zealand we use Courier Post/NZ Post which is a Tracked Service for a standard $3 charge NZ-wide as a contribution towards the true shipping cost.

Delivery times vary depending on location and season. Delivery times are often slower in Late November and December due to an increased workload bought about by Christmas deliveries.

Asian & Pacific island countries - 8 to 11 days.
Canada - 12 to 21 days (sometimes longer). - NZ Post/Canada Post
India - 11 - 20 days
European countries - 7 to 12 days. - NZ Post/Your Country's Post Service
United States of America - 6 to 11 days - NZ Post/USPS = US Mail

ALL OVERSEAS orders are NOT TRACKED - but can be UPGRADED to include basic tracking for an extra NZ$10 fee

Our Free World Wide Shipping is our default service & uses the destination Country's Postal Service.

This service is FREE & reliable, but is not tracked & is slower. as all parcels must first clear Customs at the airport of entry as non-priority mail before being released to your local Postal service.
