Refunds:
Note - We DO NOT see your Credit Card numbers - but WE CAN REFUND back to the Credit Card that was used, without seeing your actual numbers.
If we receive an order that we are unable to fulfil, we will contact you with an explanation and then refund your credit card within 48 hours if that is your preferred option.
Returns & Cancellation of Orders:
If you place an order and then decide to cancel it you must place a phone call to us immediately on +64 9 445 8247 [International Customers] or 09 445 8247 [New Zealand Customers]
Unfortunately e-mail messages are not always received timely and sometimes not at all. Please make certain that you are sure of your purchase before placing your order as we are not responsible if we have processed your order and have not received your cancellation request.
If your order has already been processed & shipped, & you wish to cancel that order - then we can only refund after meeting the following conditions.
- That the goods have been returned to us at your own expense in saleable condition.
- That you wait until we have received the goods before processing your refund.
- That you accept a 15% re-stocking fee.
- That you accept a NZ$10 re-delivery imposed by our Shipper (Vertical Logistics as an agent for NZ Post)
If the parcel is returned to us due to being denied entry to your Country's Customs Service, we will consider, at our discretion, refunding your payment on the following conditions:
- The refund will be less the cost of shipping to your Country (& any return charges if applicable)
Note - AirMail Post returns are normally at no charge - but DHL Express will charge full shipping fees which you will be liable for.
- That you wait until we have received the goods before processing your refund.
