Are you are a real Pharmacy?

Yes - We are Belmont Pharmacy in Devonport, New Zealand. Allan & Kathryn have owned this Pharmacy since 1989. We are team of 3 Pharmacists, 1 Naturopath, 2 Shop Staff & 2 dedicated Internet staff.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes - We can ship by AirMail Post, or EMS Tracked AirMail Post, or DHL Express

What Delivery service do you use in NZ?

We use NZ Post's fully tracked Courier Service.

Why are some products marked "New Zealand Only"?

These products are not covered by our NZ$5 AirMail Post shipping offer - due to being too heavy.

But - these products CAN BE SHIPPED overseas, but for an extra shipping cost.

What happens if my parcel goes missing?

That would be terrible, but thankfully very very rarely happens - but we are covered by Insurance. This Insurance does not cover Mail Theft where your parcel is interfered with AFTER delivery.

What happens if my country's (not NZ) Customs Department charge extra fees like Customs Tax, or refuse a parcel's entry to my country?

We are not liable. We assume that you know your particular country's Import Regulations better than us.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes - We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

Does your website keep my details safe?

Yes - we use a fully accredited 3rd Party Payment Provider (WindCave) which is 3DS (latest technology) accredited & we DO NOT at any stage see your Credit Card numbers. WE do not engage in email marketing of any kind & we do NOT on-sell your name/address/emails with any external party.

If you don't see my Credit Card details - how do you refund me?

Even though we do not physically see your Credit Card details, we have the ability to refund $'s back to the Credit Card that was used.

Can I add products to an existing order?

Because we do NOT see your Credit Card numbers, we CANNOT increase the $ amount that has already been paid for & processed. You can make a 2nd order & then we will then combine the 2 orders & refund any extra Shipping Charges.

Do you have the products already in store - or do you order them in?

We are a real, full service NZ Pharmacy with 15,000+ products on our shelves, & aim to have all of our 5,000 internet products physically in stock. From time to time high demand (or manufacturers being unable to supply) means that we may temporarily be out of stock. We will email you back & offer ETA information or possible product alternatives, or a refund.

Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes - we are at 143 Lake Rd, Devonport in Auckland.

Do you have any other physical stores in NZ or overseas?

No - we are solely based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Can I order products from you that are not on your website?

Yes, give us a ring or email, & if it is 1 of our 5,000+ products that we have in store, we can arrange payment & then ship to you.

I am an overseas customer. Can I order Prescription Medicines from you?

No.

I am in NZ. Can I order a Prescription Medicine from you?

Yes - but we need the Prescription hard copy physically mailed to us before we can ship, or you can get your Doctor to email us direct. You can email us the Prescription yourself, BUT we cannot ship until we receive the hard copy.

 Do you have Free Shipping?

Yes - for NZ orders over $100. Otherwise $4 per parcel or $9 for Rural Delivery. Our parcels default is NZ Post NOT requiring a Signature. You can arrange to have a Signature Required delivery for an extra $1. So $5 per parcel or $10 Rural Delivery.
