Used as part of your night time routine BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Spray replaces magnesium lost through modern diet and pressured lifestyles, helping you to achieve a deep, restful sleep. 10 sprays deliver a minimum of 180mg (51% RDA) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

Directions: While absorption begins immediately, it takes 7 days (on average) of continued use for magnesium levels to improve sufficiently and for you to feel the difference. Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideal after showering and before sleep. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. For best results, apply to clean skin.
