Gaia Herbs Women's Balance helps maintain a healthy hormone balance and well-being. Balanced hormones are key to physical and emotional wellness during the menstrual cycle and menopausal transition. A blend of Vitex, Black Cohosh, St. John’s Wort, and Oats. Gaia uses Oats which are extracted fresh immediately after harvest to preserve full spectrum compounds for optimal potency.
