Blackmore's Deep Sleep is Specially Formulated with Valerian, Ziziphus, Hops and Magnesium to Support Deep and Restful Sleep

Blackmore's Deep Sleep is a targeted herbal and mineral supplement to help support deep sleep which is the sleep stage that contributes to the restorative function of sleep. Valerian supports deep sleep. Valerian and magnesium as well as traditional herbs including hops, traditionally used in Western herbal practice and ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese practice.

Directions: Adults: take 2 tables once a day 30 minutes to an hour before bed time.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains:

Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (Magnesium 75mg) - 363mg
Zizyphys jujube var spinosa Ziziphus extract dry conc. 250 mg equiv. dry seed 5g
Valeriana officinalis extract dry conc. 300 mg equiv. dry root 1.2 g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200 mg
No added yeast , gluten, wheat, milk products, artificial sweeteners
Contains sulphites
