Blackmores Insolar is a skin formulation, in an easy to swallow, pleasant tasting, coated tablet. Blackmores Insolar® contains high-dose vitamin B3 in the nicotinamide form. Nicotinamide helps support skin health.
Blackmores Insolar® contains a high dose vitamin B3 formula, in the nicotinamide form to:
- Supports skin health
- Support skin integrity
- Maintains cellular energy production, and general health and well-being.
Nicotinamide - also called niacin; nicotinamide (vitamin B3) is a water-soluble nutrient involved in energy and carbohydrate metabolism. Legumes, peanuts, wheat bran, and fish are all sources of vitamin B3.
Directions: Adults – Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food
Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
- Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) - 500mg
- No added gluten, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
Precautions:
- Keep out of reach of children.

Sensible Precaution
Am using this product on recommendation of skin specialist. I have a very fair skin and suffer a lot from sun damage - keratoses etc. There is research showing that Insolar high dose vitamin B3 works to reduce the incidence of these. The general condition of my skin also appears to have improved.
