Relief from the pain of cramping
I have suffered from excruciating cramping for a number of years. Magnesium tablets daily, keeping my hands and feet warm and resting up work at times. However, when I have been on my feet a lot during the day the night cramps have been a nightmare. My hands and arms cramp up during use be it sewing, writing, gardening or any other prolonged use. The cramp stop spray works within a minute at the most. A second dose is needed when I allow the cramp to get a good 'hold'. I intend ordering a 100ml refill bottle and recommend the product highly
