Made with xylitol, a natural sweetener that helps stimulate saliva flow, XyliMelts utilize adhering disc technology to slowly release 550 mg of xylitol, which is most effective when continuously released and lingers in the mouth, especially when used while sleeping when saliva flow is lowest. XyliMelts last for hours, moisturizing and coating the mouth for optimal comfort. The mild mint flavor freshens your breath and the xylitol may reduce the risk of tooth decay.

Directions: Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, white side of disc touching cheek. Use two discs while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed.

I can sleep through the night again now.
I have Sjogrens Syndrome and this product has helped me SO much. I am nervous that they might stop being made, that's how much they have helped me. If I don't have them in my mouth I stop being able to sleep due to dryness in my mouth and throat. Sjogrens Syndrome is an awful autoimmune disease so it's great to have things that help.

Best dry mouth treatment
I bought these whilst getting used to CPAP and waking with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth! I don’t need them now but have passed them on to someone recovering from a botched sinus operation and then recently bought some for a friend who has had treatment for mouth cancer. She messaged me to say she had her first good sleep in ages since using them. Both people very grateful. They really do work to relieve a dry mouth for whatever reason.
