Shipping to EU temporarily suspended from July 1st

From July 1st shipping to EU is temporarily suspended

Due to new EU customs requirements coming into effect on 1 July 2026, some of our delivery partners will no longer accept B2C shipments sent as Delivered at Place (DAP) from 1 July, where the receiver pays duties.

As a result, Economy and Courier services to affected EU destinations are temporarily suspended from 26 June 2026.

From 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing new customs requirements:
  • *    The €150 customs duty exemption will be removed
  • *    B2C shipments will be subject to duties and VAT
  • *    Items sent via Economy and Courier services to some destinations, duties and taxes must be collected upfront

Because of this, many EU operators are moving away from DAP models, which has created temporary disruptions to existing services.
