Plant Ingredients:

Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) is effective for soothing the digestive system due to its calming and relaxing action. Commonly used to support healthy digestion and bowel regularity. Chamomile helps to relax muscles and calm nerves.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) soothes and protects the mucous membranes of the digestive tract.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is a carminative, used to calm the stomach and soothe the digestive system.
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) is a plant traditionally used in herbal practice to support comfort. It supports fluid balance and has alkalising properties (increases urine output), which help to cleanse uric acid and other wastes from the body.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)soothes the stomach and supports digestive comfort and the function of the liver and gallbladder.

Directions: Shake well before use. Take up to 3x daily before meals or as required:

Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml
Children 7-12 years: 2.5ml
Children 1-6 years: 1.5ml
May be diluted in up to 30ml of water or juice
