Betadine Antiseptic Liquid Spray Contains the Active Ingredient Povidone-Iodine which is used as an Antiseptic for Minor Skin Infections and Minor Skin Wounds
Betadine Antiseptic Liquid Spray contains povidone iodine 50mg/ml equivalent to 5mg/ml available iodine. As a convenient spray, this product provides antisepsis of minor cuts and abrasions and treatment of minor skin infections.

Directions: Apply Betadine Antiseptic Liquid Spray to the affected area 2-3 times daily using the following directions. Hold the bottle about 25cm from skin. Press valve firmly with index finger and spray from an angle to cover desired area. Allow to dry. Area may be covered with a secondary dressing and bandaged if desired. Replace cap after use. If actuator clogs, remove and soak in warm water.
Minor burns - The immediate treatment of burns is rapid cooling of the affected area for at least 20 minutes and Betadine Antiseptic Liquid Spray should only be applied later. This product is recommended for use on minor burns, seek medical attention for any other burns.

Precautions: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Seek medical attention for any burn other than minor burns and minor skin wounds. Do not use if hypersensitive to iodine. Avoid application over large skin areas. If redness, irritation, swelling or pain persists, discontinue use and consult doctor. Contents under pressure. Avoid spraying in eyes. Do not incinerate. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals.
