B-complete Oral Spray contains the most bioavailable ingredients to ensure optimal absorption and metabolism by the body. A complete blend of B-vitamins to support normal energy-yielding metabolism (biotin), normal psychological function (B6) and help with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (B12). Scientifically formulated, the oral spray delivers a B-complex of vitamins directly into the bloodstream, bypassing primary processing by the gut. Directions: Adults: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately. Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
