BioGaia’s unique formula supports developing immune and digestive systems. It contains the unique probiotic strain derived from breastmilk, lactobacillus reuteri together with the added benefit of Vitamin D. Only 5 drops a day, suitable for breast- or bottle-fed babies.

Directions: Give 5 drops once daily. One daily dose contains a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri Protectis® and 10µg of vitamin D, corresponding to 200% of DRI (Daily Reference Intake).
- Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded
- BioGaia Protectis drops are not recommended for preterm infants
- For babies, drops can be dispensed onto the breast, or added to breast milk or formula, and can also be dispensed on a sterile spoon.
- Shake well for 10 seconds before each use to mix the bacteria culture with the oil
- To dispense the drops, tilt the bottle gently and give by a spoon
- Use 5 drops once daily
- No need to refrigerate. Store below 25°C.
- Do not add drops to hot food, hot drinks or feed directly into the mouth from the bottle as this may reduce the quality of the product.
Ingredients: One daily dose of 5 drops contains:
- Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 - contains a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri Protectis® per daily dose
- Vitamin D colecalciferol - 10 micrograms (400iu)
- Sunflower oil
- Free from gluten, lactose, milk protein
- No added artificial flavours or colours
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Do not add drops to hot food, hot drinks or feed directly into the mouth from the bottle as this may reduce the quality of the product. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed.
