Directions: Adults - General hair health: Take 1 capsule once a day. Targeted support: Take 1 capsule two times a day.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

Panicum miliaceum from KeranatTM - 150mg
- extract dry conc. - 90mg
- equiv. dry seed - 2.4g
Biotin - 450 micrograms
Nicotinamide - 10 mg
Zinc gluconate (zinc 7.5mg) - 58.5 mg
Contains gluten
No added yeast, milk products, artificial flavours or sweeteners
