Directions: Directions: Once daily add powder to a glass of room temperature water and mix well. It can also be mixed into a smoothie. Adults: Mix 2 metric teaspoons Children 12-18: 1 metric teaspoon

Ingredients: Each adult serve of 5.3g (2tsp) contains:

Sunfiber® (Partially hydrolysed guar gum) - 3 g
Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) powder - 250 mg
Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) ext. equiv. fresh inner leaf gel - 7.5 g
Lactospore® (Bacillus coagulans) - 1 billion CFU
Quercetin - 50 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) ext equiv. dry rhizome - 600 mg
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) ext equiv. dry flower - 1.5 g
Zinc (from Zinc carnosine) - 7.5 mg
