Pregnancy and breastfeeding: EFA’s considered appropriate for use in pregnancy and breastfeeding, when supplementing in amounts typically found in food. The recommended intake of DHA during pregnancy is 200 mg per day given its role supporting infant neurological and cognitive development.

Directions: Adults: 1 to 2 capsules daily or as directed.
