Compeed Blister Plasters Form a Protective Cushion, the Hydrocolloid Plaster Absorbs Excess Moisture and Provides Optimum Healing Conditions for Foot Blisters

Compeed Blister Plasters provide instant pain relief. COMPEED® hydrocolloid technology is an active gel with moisture absorbing particles. Thick cushioning redistributes pressure from the blister to deliver instant pain relief. COMPEED® has a tapered edge so it contours smoothly with the skin’s surface. This reduces friction and ensures the healing process is not disrupted by painful rubbing. Stays in place for several days. Individual experience may vary.

COMPEED® plasters are waterproof. Although contact with water may reduce the adhesion, water will only enter through the edges of the patch, not through the outer film. If the adhesion is reduced, remove the plaster carefully by slowly stretching along the skin and replace with a new one.

Directions:

Clean and dry skin before use, ensuring blister area is free of creams and oils
Remove the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side
Apply plaster firmly over blister, ensuring the edges are well smoothed down
Leave in place until it starts to detach (Note: may stay in place up to several days)
To remove plaster: do not pull upwards but slowly stretch along the skin
The plasters are intended for single use only. If they fall off too early, you should not attempt to stick it back on but you should use a new COMPEED® blister plaster.

Ingredients: - The Hydrocolloid Plaster contains an active gel with moisture absorbing particles. It is not medicated. COMPEED® does not contain any of the following ingredients: latex/ cellophane/ Gluten/Abitol/ Benzoyl peroxide/ Nickel (II) sulfate/ Mathacrylate. Compeed plasters are also tested regarding sensitisation and irritation; these are standardised tests and both tests are negative.

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Diabetes is a contraindication. Diabetes can lead to problems of the circulation and to nerve damage, which can in turn lead to ulceration of the extremities or poor healing of wounds. Because of this it is sensible for diabetics to take special care when treating themselves for similar situations. We advise diabetics not to use Compeed plasters unless they have consulted an appropriate health care professional.
