Efamol Efalex Brain Formula contains fish oil rich in DHA and Efamol's Rigel pure evening primrose oil. These are excellent sources of omega-3 and omega-6 nutrients, particularly DHA, EPA, GLA and AA, which play an important role in helping to maintain normal healthy brain and eye function. Ensuring an adequate dietary intake of these 'good fats'supports various aspects of brain and visual function including learning ability, concentration and co-ordination.
Premium Quality Efamol® is a pure and concentrated omega-6 fatty acid supplement. Efamol® exclusively use their own hybrid Rigel evening primrose seeds which provide the highest pure source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Efamol® has been responsible for over 90% of all the published studies on the benefits of evening primrose oil and gamma linolenic acid.
Directions: Recommended dosage - Children 5 years and over: 2 Capsules twice daily with food. Children 3-4 years: 1 Capsules twice daily with food. Supervise children at all times when swallowing capsules. Break open or use liquid formulation for a safer alternative in young children.
