Efamol Brain Formula contains fish oil rich in DHA and Efamol's Rigel pure evening primrose oil. Premium Quality Efamol® contains pure and concentrated omega-6 fatty acid. Efamol® exclusively use their own hybrid Rigel evening primrose seeds which provide the highest pure source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Efamol® has been responsible for over 90% of all the published studies on the benefits of evening primrose oil and gamma linolenic acid.
Directions: Recommended dosage - Adults and children five years and over: Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily with food. Children 2-4 years: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food.
