Good Health Multi Fibre is a gentle, yet effective formula that works naturally to support the body's cleansing process. Multi Fibre combines the gentle action of pure Flax fibre and Aloe Vera with synergistic ingredients including Pectin, Chlorella and Celery Seed. Multi Fibre can be taken as a daily supplement or as part of a cleansing/detox program. It is important that we have enough fibre in our diets as they help not only to keep regular bowel movements but also help to absorb and eliminate toxins from the body. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids when increasing your fibre intake.

Directions: Can be taken over 7 days or 1 month. For best results take in conjunction with Multi Cleanse.

7 day quick cleanse: Adults: Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with water before food until finished, or as professionally advised.
1 month maintenance cleanse: Adults: Take 3 capsules in the morning with water before food, or as professionally advised.
Capsules can be opened and added to food.
Ensure adequate fluid intake when taking fibre supplements - 1 to 2 litres per day. Take two hours away from medications as fibre reduces absorption of some medications
