• Wash feet well.
• The patches may be applied to other parts of the body such as back, knee, shoulder, and may also be applied during the day.
• Drink plenty of good quality water whilst you are using the patches
• Use regularly until the patch becomes paler and less wet. (This may require longer than 5 days and in some cases, up to one month where there is a lot of accumulated toxins.) Then use as needed as part of a health maintenance programme.
