Natures Sunshine Methyl B12 Complete contains Vitamin B12 with B Vitamins (1,2,3 and 6) - Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin and Pyridoxine. Vitamin B12 forms red blood cells preventing anaemia, supports growth and appetite in children, healthy energy levels, maintains a healthy nervous system, normal utilisation of fats, carbohydrates and proteins and supports mood, iconcentration, memory and balance.
