Prospan Bronchial Syrup cough preparations are based on the power of ivy (Hedera helix). Its ingredients are primarily known for their mucolytic, antispasmodic, expectorant, and soothing properties. Prospan® provides 4-fold relief from coughs and bronchitis:

Mucolytic - Loosens stuck mucus in the bronchi, making it easier to cough up
Bronchodilator - Breathe freely again: thanks to its relaxing effect on the bronchi, narrowed airways are widened
Cough suppressant - Soothes the urge to cough so you can quickly get back to your daily routine without being bothered by coughing fits
Anti-inflammatory - Reduces inflammation and helps symptoms subside more quickly.

Directions: Shake well before use

Children under 2 years - 2.5ml twice daily (Infants under 1 year of age should consult a doctor prior to use)
2 to 6 years - 2.5 ml twice daily
Children aged 6 to 11 years - 5 ml twice daily
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older - 5 ml three times daily
After first opening, Prospan Syrup can be used for three months

Ingredients: Each 5ml dose contains:

Hedera helix (Ivy Leaf) dry extract (5-7.5:1) - 35mg
Also contains citric acid, natural cherry flavour, potassium sorbate, sorbitol 1.93g/5ml (sugar substitute), xanthan gum, purified water
No added sugar, gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea

Presentation: Each glass bottle contains 200ml with a dose measuring cup
