Sanderson 5-HTP contains 5 Hydroxy-Tryptophan, a naturally occurring amino acid and chemical precursor in the biosynthesis of the neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin. 5-HTP or 5 Hydroxy-Tryptophan is a botannical extract that has been shown to act as a serotonin precursor. Serotonin is produced and stored in the brain and when released creates a feeling of well-being, supporting good mood. Healthy levels of 5-HTP are essential for sound sleep patterns as well as calming the nervous system, and may assist with sleeplessness, mood disorders and anxiety, 5-HTP is between 5 and 10 times more potent than L-Tryptophan

Directions: Take 1 capsule per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

Griffonia simplicifolia extract 98% 5-HTP (seed) - 100mg
Free from artificial colouring, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, yeast, wheat, sugar, starch, nuts, gluten, dairy, fish and corn.
