Sea-Legs Tablets contain an antihistamine that is used to inhibit nausea, vomiting and dizziness. They are virtually tasteless and can remain active for 24 hours making them an effective answer to treating as well as preventing travel sickness.
Travel sickness can be a misery not only for the sufferers but also those travelling with them. Sea-Legs Tablets help to prevent sickness if taken the previous night or an hour before travelling. They can also be taken to provide relief when the sickness is felt.
Sea-Legs contains meclozine hydrochloride which is also known as Antivert.
Dosage: Tablets maybe CHEWED or SWALLOWED with WATER:
- Adults & Children over 12 years of age: Take TWO tablets MAXIMUM DAILY
- Children 6 to 12 years of age: Take ONE tablet MAXIMUM DAILY.
Ingredients: Each gluten free tablet contains:
- Meclozine Hydrochloride BP - 12.5mg
Precautions: Keep Sea-Legs Tablets out of reach of children. Do NOT take Sea-Legs Tablets if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do NOT exceed the recommended dose. Do NOT drink alcohol while taking Sea-Legs Tablets. Do NOT drive or operate machinery within EIGHT hours of taking. Do NOT take during pregnancy. May cause Drowsiness.

Sealegs have changed my holiday life
I was not able to travel on anything that floated for most of my life. No seasickness treatment had any effect …. but then a friend recommended Sealegs. I have now done innumerable cruises on smaller ships, which presumably get washed around more than big cruisers despite stabilisers. Absolutely no problems since. The instructions say take before forecast rough seas. I start taking them two days before boarding and continue daily for the whole trip. If particularly rough seas are predicted I’ll take two that day. I can’t recommend tham strongly enough.

Since discovering these tablets many years ago, my life has changed. I was unable to travel due a balance problem which would force me to bed until the dizziness stopped. Once I started taking SeaLegs I’ve had no issues at all and have travelled consistently without any problems
