The recommended daily intake of Niacin B3 is 14 -15 mg. This product is 100 mg! Unless you are aware of how your body may react to - what is effectively 5 and a half times the recommended daily dosage in one single tablet, you may well end up in an emergency Department of your local hospital as I did - with severe redness if the skin, puffy eyes, heightened blood pressure, and an inability to think straight and communicate in a normal way with others. I was given antihistamine and steroids in an attempt to normalise my body, which took a couple of hours. My caution is real - about taking Niacin. If you must, then avoid this 100 mg bersion and go for a much lower mg one and preferably the anti- flush variety.
