Since using this product I have not needed an iron infusion, as the iron is completely absorbed by the body.

My son had very low levels of iron and spatone was recommended to me. Within 3 months a blood test showed his iron levels were back within normal range, our gp was impressed with how quickly it worked. Great product just pop in a little ribena syrup and it's good to go. Now using it just as a top up dose every now and then.
